Adamma DuCille is a C-level executive with over twenty years of experience in social service and non-profit leadership. She most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Achievement Centers for Children and Families in Delray Beach Florida. As CEO, she led a diverse team committed to providing quality programming and services to children and families. Prior to joining the team at the Achievement Centers, Ms. Ducille served as the Director of Equity and Organizational Development with the Children’s Services Council of Broward County. She has extensive nonprofit leadership experience, and is skilled in strategic planning, leadership development, board development, strategic relationship building, training, capacity building, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as fostering strong organizational culture, sound business practices, and innovate programs and services. Adamma was formally educated at Florida Atlantic University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
With over 24 years of service in both the nonprofit, and public administration sector of South Florida’s, Ms. DuCille has a proven track record for spearheading the development of programs, policies and practices that successfully help children, families and communities in the diverse tri-county area of South Florida make strides towards reaching their fullest potential. She works collaboratively with business leaders, policy makers, and community stakeholders to address inequities, promote inclusive policies, and design and implement culturally responsive programming that promotes and foster innovation, and sustainable organizational growth and development.
